The One Clemson

The One at Clemson provides students with gorgeous living accommodations that you will love! As this community was recently built, the units are relatively new and ready for students to make them their home. The One offers floor plans for one-bedroom apartments up to 5 bedroom apartments with quartz countertops, private bathrooms, in-unit washer and dryer, along with the option to have the apartment come furnished or unfurnished.

Located just under two miles away from Clemson University's campus, The One provides residents with a private shuttle to bring them back and forth to campus. If you're not on campus but need to get some work done, there's no need to worry as this community offers group or private study rooms as well as Wifi.

Outside of school, residents can enjoy themselves by hanging out at the resort-style pool, hop in Lake Hartwell with the lake access and seating provided, work out at the gym, or get in a game of pickleball!
