Everyone knows that Clemson, South Carolina is a hotspot for football every Saturday come the Fall. People from all over the country filter into Memorial Stadium to cheer for their Tigers. No matter what time the game is, fans will be setting up their tailgate spots starting at 8 am on gameday or getting their Clemson apartment ready to host. Considering each game is an event, it is important to be showing your colors, and here in Clemson, you
have multiple different shops to choose from!
If you choose to live in Clemson off campus housing, you may be living in downtown Clemson with a great view of Clemson's College of Business. Here, you will find multiple different shops throughout the strip. Some of the store options include Alumni Hall, Tigertown Graphics, Tiger Sports Shop, and Fizz Boutique. These will have all of your gameday needs from sweatshirts, jerseys, t-shirts, and even baby clothing so that they can be Tiger fans from day one!
Tiger Sports Shop and Alumni Hall
Tiger Sports Shop and Alumni Hall are some of the biggest apparel stores here in downtown Clemson. Tiger Sports Shop draws customers in off the bat by their old time marquee on the front of their store. Between these two stores, you will more than likely find what you're looking for. A special thing about Tiger Sports Shop is that it has the LuluLemon-Clemson collab products. Besides clothing, these stores carry ribbons, glassware, pickleball racquets, bean bag toss and more. If you're looking for a one stop shop, Alumni Hall and Tiger Sports Shop are definitely good options.
Tigertown Graphics
Tigertown Graphics can be found in between Alumni Hall and Tiger Sports Shop. It is a smaller space, but don't be deceived, they have a ton of clothing options. They have a wide variety of graphic tees and sweatshirts to choose from. Some of these options include scenic landscapes of the surrounding areas, goofy slogans, and other sports representations such as golf, soccer, etc. They also have cool stickers to look through if you were looking to decorate your belongings.
The Fizz Boutique
The Fizz Boutique is different from the previously mentioned stores as this is a more upscale location. It includes more dresses, skirts, and jackets rather than t-shirts and such. They also have jewelry, mugs, cute dish towels, and other little trinkets for your Clemson apartment!
Thrifting
Thrifting is another option that CU students will use to find their Clemson apparel. Uptown Cheapskate, located about five minutes away from campus in Hartwell village, is a popular secondhand store that students will bring things they are no longer using, especially their gameday gear. Additionally, there are a couple Goodwill stores found in the surrounding towns. Between lifelong Tiger fans and students, people donate a ton of clothing and items. In these stores, you may be able to find one-of-a-kind pieces people made that you won't be able to find in other stores!

If you are out running errands and realize that you are low on Clemson gear but don't have time to make it to the shops, don't worry because most grocery stores, CVS, Walgreens and even Ace Hardware have got you covered! Basically, anywhere you go here, you will be able to find something affiliated with Clemson.
Make sure you mention that you are a Clemson student at these locations as they may have student discounts or rewards programs you could join. Be ready to show your Tiger pride and get shopping!
